I am afraid your options may be limited to going back to your last db backup.

What RAID configuration were you using - RAID1, RAID5, or RAID6?

For RAID1 I would suggest use kernel software RAID (mdadm).    Most
RescueCDs have the mdadm utils and it would have been possible to
recover data.
