When we way 'they agreed', we mean following:
a.We can use vast open space infront of the planetarium without disturbing
common public.
b.We can use a seminar hall with seating capacity of 50
c.We can use the public toilets
d.We can get few power supply points.
that's all. Please do not imagine that whole planetarium is handed over to us.
