Hi Selvakumar,

The questions you need to prepare answer are:

1. You have an idea which you think will be useful to a market (for
example, pay electricity bills from mobile phone in Tamil Nadu etc).

What is the idea and which is the target market ?

2. You and your team are good at certain strength which gives you
confidence to think of starting a business. (for example, good
programming skills, experience in running business, "we can convince
any one to buy something from us" etc)

What is your strength?

3. You need money to sustain yourselves and also to promote the
business, even if you use cloud resources. At some point you will look
to get revenues.

What resources you have (computers, internet connection, cash in bank)?
How do you plan to get money from users of your software?

It is good that you started asking questions about your business. Get
a mentor and discuss everything in detail.

Generally, it is a good idea to work in another company to learn
systems and practices before venturing out on your own. But, I also
know some young gentlemen who are entrepreneurs as college students
and went on to build highly successful ventures right out of college.

All the best.

Best regards,

Ma Sivakumar
