sudo rm link-name  -  won't be a problem.

sudo rm link-name/ - deletes the underlying directory.

Yes, that's exactly what I did.
Yet, shouldn't it have deleted sym-links under the link-name.
Is it because, I linked a directory instead of linking individual files?


...and that's the reason why 'unlink' exists. You are unambiguous that way.


Now, I'll forever remember 'unlink'.
