I beg to differ. Money involvement does not decide whether it is free or not. (There are 4 freedoms decided by RMS) Going by your example. If you get source code with OS [with/without money] - OSS If you get source code with OS and (a)right modify (b)use source code for any purpose (c)share the source code in original/modified it with your neighbour then it is FOSS Again this is my opinion and would love to see healthy debate on this.
