Sure, swap the eth0 and eth0:1 IPs :-)
If your daemon does not support explicit bind IP, then you can:
1. Use SELinux policies and restrict the IPs for your app,
2. Use containers like OpenVZ or VServers and limit the IPs
your app can bind to.
If you want a specific reply, it will be good if you care to mention
the application and distro you are using along with what you are
trying to accomplish/solve.
