I suspect 192.168.1.1 is the broadband modem. Usually bb modem's have two interfaces - public and local. curl ifconfig.me/ip -> will show you the public Ip address of the modem

Usually Broadband Modem/Routers run DHCP service these days. Why not open 192.168.1.1 in the browser? It's probably the modem.
