Greetings,

Has anybody tried e-groupware

It has tons of feature...

Including filesharing, resource allocation (rooms, lcd projectors,
laptops) management etc.

Of course it is best to have a DNS (preferebly dynamic) and directory
server installed to reduce the namespaces within an organization

I did come across a php script

the client part is here;
http://www.ddns.nu/

It is also suggested that there be a server code which developers here
can help implement and thus greatly simplyfy the availability of
Dyndns protocol based server within their premises.

Regards,

Rajagopal
