hi,

I have an external usb harddisk. Works out of the box in fedora. When I
plug it into an open suse netbook, I can read the files, but if I try to
write (even as root) it says 'permission denied'. But it is mounted
'rw'. Any clues? here is the relevant output of mount -l on fedora:

/dev/sdb1 on /media/FreeAgent Drive type fuseblk
(rw,nosuid,nodev,allow_other,default_permissions,blksize=4096)
[FreeAgent Drive]

suse mounts it as /dev/sdc1/ but I see the rw in the line
