no .. QTCPServer starts listening to a port randomly and that port is

this is to be communicated to the client via other channel (phone, chat etc)
and thus the connection is established.
the ports it randomly generates are usually 5 digit integers like 54341 etc.

Aren't they out of the scope of allotted ports?
