The dealers in chennai are bad, if they don't have the laptop model you are looking for they take forever to give you the laptop. On the other hand , Dell india offers N-series laptop *only* to corporate customers (Based on a statement from my friend, not sure). My friend has a company, i bought the laptop by billing from his company account.
