l know a software called  *"gtk-recordmydesktop*"

I played with it. It's a good one.

if you want install this in your Debian based distrubution, use the
following command in terminal

  $ sudo apt-get install *gtk-recordmydesktop*


if you want install this in your  redhat based distrubution, use the
following command in terminal

  $ yum install *gtk-recordmydesktop*
