Do not enable CDN unless you really have a CDN subscription with a vendor like Akamai, Amazon, Limelight Networks, etc. I don't think the free Coral Cache CDN is supported by this plugin. CDN is useful only if you have users accessing your website from different continents and you want to cache some of your site content closer to the users using the CDN providers servers/bandwidth.
