I know its a bit off topic and really subjective.

How many people have actually found a great job/person via the job postings
made on the list.

Please note, I have made a fair share of exclusive job postings myself over
the years, but haven't found anyone myself.

Just out of curiosity I want to know how effective the job postings on the
list.

It will certainly reduce the job postings mail in the list, if its not
effective.
