[Ilugc] openoffice org vs msword

hi...i do face alignment problem while am trying to open word document done
using openofficeorg or libre in msword.
At present there exist a option like save as word2003 and 2007 in org as
well in libre but yet the alignment changes.Is there any solution for this?
