Our CISCO 3800 Series router ( Model No: 3845) got problem due to
SMPS unit ( inside the router) was failure. These cause an burning
problem in TNEB current bill Collection around pollachi area ( 23
collection centers ). It is required to service the same.
I need an good person to resolve the same. It is also required an
spare for the same.
