Did you any manual tinkering to file(s) under $HOME/.libreoffice?

A google search for the  string "Error loading BASIC of document
file:///home/office/.libreoffice/3/user/basic/dialog.xlc/"  in your
message gave me this link which can perhaps solve your problem.

Hopefully, the above solution resolves the problem.

Alternately, remove the $HOME/.libreoffice directory and start afresh.
