Happy to know that you are into clustering.
But, to answer your question, we need some more information.

The keywords X-means, J48, attribute,dataset,instance are looking as jargons,
as most people here are not into clustering.

A few people may answer the question, but for them you have to explain
more about your project.

As there are many types of clustering, explain what type you are trying.
Give some links that you follow to setup the cluster.
It will help us to know more on what you are trying to do and someone
may answer you.
