Are they any such framework which just use php alone (without mysql),html,stylesheet. Because my website doesnt require mysql (no database related activity) , Also hosting cost is high with database support. (For ex: without mysql support, just 500Rs per year(approx). with mysql support 1600Rs per year(approx)). Please share your suggestions.
