hi, am running F16 on an acer laptop with the default gnome desktop. I have an additional monitor plugged in. The main screen has for some years been on the laptop screen, and only apps that I drag to the extra monitor appear there. Yesterday I rebooted and now the main screen has gone to the extra monitor, and there is no control over where a new app will appear. Strangely enough the minimize control (where one pushes the mouse pointer to the top left of the screen remains on the laptop screen. Rebooting or unplugging and reinserting the external monitor has no effect. Any clues? -- regards Kenneth Gonsalves
