As part of the responsibilities, you will be a key decision maker on building and designing a scalable framework, architecture and hands-on code for the YourNextLeap Platform. - We are looking for people who: - are intelligent and ambitious - are passionate about and know how to build quality products on the web - can think and execute on how to scale up a web infrastructure - have good web development experience in either RoR or Java (and willing to learn RoR) - are comfortable with agile working, fast shipment of code and releasing new versions fast as per feedback from market - have experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Testing Frameworks and BDD/ TDD tools, Git etc. - have the passion to work on real-world problem solving products, not just assembling code for a client - live or would like to shift to Pune The role is a blend of hands-on coding and leading a team of smart engineers.
