I believe someone mentioned about pagekite last month which might be useful here, http://www.ae.iitm.ac.in/pipermail/ilugc/2012-February/070113.html This is how you create a SSH tunnel through pagekite, https://pagekite.net/wiki/Howto/SshOverPageKite/ I think its free for the first 2.5 GB data transfer, https://pagekite.net/support/faq/billing/#bandwidth You will notice high latencies but it should be manageable, I would think.
