you could also check with colleges in the vicinity -- I am sure
Bhaskar would have set up FOSS Labs in some of them. He may have the
names of the FOSS experts/enthusiasts over there. Some of us also
could pitch in with info/contacts.

The college contacts might give you a place for holding meetings/
sessions / workshops.
If you think there in interest in school level, please share the info.
