Hi, Pl clarify the below points. 1. Pl mention the ESX version. 2. CentOS is 64bit? Pl check the following options are enabled in the ESX where your Centos VM resides. 1. Hyperthreading option is enabled in the ESX server. Check in the BIOS or in the Vcenter select that particular esx and go to summary page. The HT option should be active. If not enable the HT option in BIOS. 2. Pl check any reservation for cpu is allocated to some other VM, which in turn cause the slow to other vm. 3. Select the CentOS VM, go to edit settings & go to resources. In Adv.cpu HT core sharing mode should be "Any" Thanks, V.
