Hi all,

My friend has a Acer Laptop with Windows 7 (which he loaded recently). We
tried to install Ubuntu 12.04 alongside and dual boot the Laptop.

After rebooting the System, during installation, The System shuts down
automatically after displaying an error message as shown below:

"Critical Temperature reached 103 C. Shutting Down"

We have tried a dozen of times both through Windows Installer and for fresh
installation. But, the same error persists.
But, the Laptop boots into Windows normally. Only on selecting Ubuntu, the
error occurs.
*
Why is this problem occurring? How can we eliminate it?*
Please guide us. Thank you in advance.
