[Ilugc] help on libglade with python

Help me to intergrate gui created in glade with pythongtk.
I tried this basic script.
the testglade.py is here

the test.glade file is here.First line is removed in pastbin.

Help me to solve this. I am just trying to show window with a button and 
label.
