I had in mind windows apps like irfanview/notepad++ "portable". Is it possible to pool in some ideas to develop a methodology of making "portable" application, its requirements, packaging, development framework and the such? I will pool in whatever ideas I have tried and implemented successfully and unsuccessfully in the past. Most of the installation nowadays spray files all over the place and sometimes "pollute" the installed base. -- Regards, Rajagopal _______________________________________________ ILUGC Mailing List: http://www.ae.iitm.ac.in/mailman/listinfo/ilugc
