No-one wants to see anything like Apple vs Samsung, including some 
judges. For the simple reason that it is petty and there are better 
things to do. Following is an article by US Federal judge after

But we cannot forget about copyright, this is the way the world works. 
So, We have created our own copyright ie., copyleft which gives us 
freedom within the system. So, my only suggestion is, don't ignore 
copyright because people looking at your work won't.
