It will be some thing like 'DG Vaishnav College and Indian Linux Users Group, Chennai will conduct the certificate program'. The technical responsibility of providing trainers lies with us, they will take care of organisational things. That is why we need a pool of trainers, just in case someone could not make it on any day, an alternative can be aranged.
