Hi Prasanna,

You only merge free space with a partition that is nearby. If there are
partitions in between they cannot be merged. The 200Mb free space must be
next to the /boot partition.

Make sure you allot some more space for /boot (you may need it in future
while installing multiple distros etc). You cannot resize a mounted
partition I guess so use a live CD to resize /boot partition.
