We here are finding lot of problems even getting a guy who has heard about Ruby programming. When I say to engineers I know Rails, they look at me with suspision. The problem is people just master tech that will earn them quick buck rather than to love it and know it. That's why hey end up under horrible bosses who will pay them ans snatch their freedom.
