In general, we're looking for: * Rails developers with serious *nix chops (also show us your github account). * Front-end hackers who can make JS/CSS sing to your tune. * Web designers who deeply care about accessibility. * Senior developers who can comfortably lead a Rails team. * Product people who love the web and can lead a broad-skilled team.
