I used # to distinguish the commands from text.
aptoncd is a good tool.But requires physical discs ,disc images cannot 
be used directly.
apt-proxy, apt-cacher-ng said requires networking.But I don't have a 
laptop to network with
friends pc if i wish to install to my friends pc where my idea helps me.
Just thought to share my idea.
