There are several reasons to mark your mail as  spam,

* The IP you are using may be a blacklisted one
* SMTP authentication is not enabled in mail server  -> not in all cases
* Your antispam engine does not included the appropriate spam verification
info in the mail header -> not in all cases
* Suspicious words in your email subject or the body.
