There is nothing like best ultimately it is all relative. So, you need to figure it out for yourself. For some MySQL will be good and for some others it will be PostgreSQL or MariaDB. So, you need to weigh the pros and cons of each and every product if at all you would like to put this into production and then take a calculated decision.
