The general guidelines in most LUG mailing list (even though it may not be specifically mentioned), for job seekers is not to post their CVs to the mailing list in text or attachment format. On the other hand, people/companies with JOB openings who are looking for candidates with domain knowledge in open source do post them from time to time with special tags like [JOBS] or [COMMERCIAL].
