If anyone in the list interested in doing the seminar, they can either contact the college directly, else if they contact me offlist, I would forward their request to the college and inform them to make any necessary arrangements (travel/hospitality) for the resource person. If I do the program in my own capacity, I would simply put the tag [Event Report] and post it in the list, without mentioning about 'on behalf of'. S.
