Even if you point out that I am paying some amount as Cable Fee, in case of TV, that is for all sevices in collection. But, take the alternate media, FM Radio. Millions of people hear them while walking, travelling, bathing, etc. But, No one Pays (Directly)!! They just hear and walk....... Thus, they hear the music since it is being shared and proceed on their own way!! Remember, they do not reproduce it !! (Except for Humming) And, even those who download it, hear it!!!
