Hi,

       Thanks for your reply. I have resolved this issue.
First I entered Rescue mode then checked all the directory permission.

Issue :
            "/bin" and "/lib64" both directory permission  has been changed
( 755 to 644).

Solution :

             I have changed above mentioned directory permission from 644
to 755.
