So this amounts to addressing all the female members (including me) as "sir" - this qualifies as microaggression If it was directed at me then it is far more serious - it amounts to hate (my profile picture is about pride). 2. Who will want to work with a person who is almost certainly sexist, discriminates on the basis of gender, does not pay attention to the issue at hand and cannot see any larger picture?
