Hi, It would be great if some one could bring camcorder to ilugc meet. That would be the first step, events could be recorded and put on youtube. I have software called chm cheese on my laptop which I can record videos, possibly with sound. But I can tell nothing about the quality.
Right now I don't think ilugc has the power / money or resource to have a live streaming session. I have long told other ilugc members that money is important, if we had money we can do something like this. But that would involve politics and other stuff which ilugc members are totally not interested.
