Hi all, We had our ILUGC January meet this Saturday. About 25 people attended this meet.
First, Hari Nath gave talk about data generation tool - Spawner and shown a demo. Then he explored about Big data, its types, use cases and about hadoop Architecture. We discussed about HDFS and MapReduce. Then Ageeleshwar took a session on SaltStack - infrastructure management tool. He gave an intro to saltstack , its features and its use cases in Automation. Then Prasanna Kumar introduced Scala Language, its features, basic language concepts and environment. Thanks to all speakers and others for your time.
