some logical thinking.
The guy who ask about openstack, and knows ilugc. definitely he would know
how to search in search engine.
There are Two possible reason of that mail.
1) Just throw the ball. (heard about the term somewhere and throw the ball)
2) he failed on the openstak installation. he wants some light to move on.
In this case, he doesnt know how to frame the direct question?
