The sound symbols is decided based on how a langauge is spoken. In Dhvani the logic is available in src/phonetic_synthesizer_ta.c C file. The C file has logic to get the sound db file names also. Database is availble in separate folder. Please have a look at it. I will need some time to understand the logic. I did not spend time in that part as I need to know how a language (tamil) is spoken.
