As per my understanding suggested tools will support my requirement? 

Am looking for tools which will support SVN Administration through GUI (want 
administrate the tasks User adding, Deletion and Repo's creation etc.,).

Please suggest me with few links.

       There are already good SVN administration tools in the market. And they 
do exactly what you need.. Few are Svn Edge, Uber SVN.  You can try that .
