Dear all, Knowing your response we can plan like
a) initiating the letter to [email protected] asking for their support. b) Plan the travel like no of days and the activities there I will give a rough plan like this Start from chennai by 5 am, reach the spot by 12 pm , start the workshop by 1pm and run it till 5:30pm and start from kalvarayan hills by 6pm and reach chennai by 12 am(mid night), We can plan the activity any day before the 16th May 2014, so that we can be at home on vote counting day to avoid unnecessary hiccups. any alternative ideas are welcome, i request ilugc volunteers to give their nod/response atleast by 2nd may 2014 11:00 am IST.
