Hello everyone,

Thanks for all your replies. I still couldn't find a Dell laptop that
sticks to my needs and budgets. I need to do some memory profiling running
VMs and thus* processing speed and RAM size is crucial for my work*. (i7,
8GB).
I was looking for other options than Dell and found the *following model on
ASUS *interesting.

http://shopping.indiatimes.com/computers/notebook/asus-k55vm-sx086d-laptop-i7-8gb-1tb-15-6-inch-mocha-brown-/11389/p_B1433811

But I am not sure *how good is ASUS compared to Dell*. Are there someone
who had used it ? Is it good for project works related to memory analysis
and systems?

Also, are there *any other good models* that you would suggest for me with
Ubuntu as my default OS.
