@ Mr. Khan,

Mr.  Senan, has not asked for any specific configuration, promoting "DOS
OS" / "No Operating System" machine is not good option & idea,  because of
only high end machines only comes with preloaded with windows.


@ Mr. Senan,

Here is flipkart link [1], selling machines with pre-installed Ubuntu,
match your desire configuration,  though Mr.  Karthikeyan has already
shared raw formula for the same. This will help you to also lowering down
cost of machine compare to same model with other proprietary os. You can
also visit local vendors and ask for the same.
