I am recollecting Late Mr.Kenneth Gonsalves who used to scout for keeping the guidelines, Some members(some times including myself) where annoyed of that, but when he is no more , I find that value addition which he brought to the table is incredible and missing now. In my view,when we deviate from the prescribed guidelines and if some one is there to guide us on how to conduct ourselves under the pretext of guidelines is no harm,In fact it helps like a crucial sign board when you drive a car in the dark on a ghat road.
