Scalability is a very nice concept to read on. At the same time, it is an
extremely hard concept to get right because of the sheer amount of
variables involved in it.
Here are some resources to get you started:

- Scaling reddit (2013) [6]. Personally I love this talk and learnt quite a

One of the conferences organized every year called rootconf (in India)
basically tackles devops questions like such. You can have a look at their
videos too[7]
Also, HighScalability[8] is a great place to learn about scalability.
